Nelson, Erika: - Erika Nelson is a mental health counselor in private practice with a focus on trauma and PTSD. She earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Psychology and Human Development and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling. She has several upcoming books and educational programming in development to assist others in healing from narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships. She is also a survivor of many things, her early history of trauma shaping her life's purpose of helping others heal from the things we don't talk about.
